We are thrilled to announce that our very own Kyle James has been selected for the Foodservice Equipment Association NextGen Leadership Group.

NextGen is a new initiative launched by the FEA to encourage young people to pursue careers in this industry – either to become an engineer, salesperson, kitchen designer, administrator, or many other roles in this industry.

Kyle will work as an ambassador, visiting schools, colleges, and universities to talk about his journey, the opportunities available, and encourage new talent into the foodservice equipment sector.
