A huge well done to Kyle, who attended the first NextGen Masterclass at the Century Club in London today.

As one of the FEA NextGen Leadership Team, Kyle and the other leaders are on a mission to try to attract young people into the foodservice equipment industry and support them as they establish and develop their careers.

The simple truth is, our industry needs more people coming into it.

There are loads of solid career paths available, from engineering and design to sales, support, logistics and many more, but most young people have no idea they even exist. That is what this is trying to fix.

We’re proud to see Kyle right in the middle of it. He will do a proper job getting out there and talking to the next generation about the huge opportunities ahead.
